You must actively enroll within 30 days after you have satisfied your new hire waiting period which is first of the month following date of hire. This is your chance to review your personal situation and consider your Proclinical plan choices. Outside of this enrollment period, you may only make benefit changes during the annual Open Enrollment period, or if you experience a qualified life event (e.g., birth, adoption, marriage, divorce, loss of spouse/partner health coverage). Elections can be made online via the Paychex benefits portal.
We will be transitioning our benefit programs to a calendar year starting January 1, 2026.
